That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Divine Image LLC experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
Cancellations
Our Flexible Hair Salon Policy
At Divine Image LLC, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we have to charge an administration fee and cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in. Want to find out more? Get in touch.
Running Late?
Be Considerate
Divine Image LLC’s appointment times book up fast! This means we’re usually booked to capacity weekly. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unncessarily.
